You agree to use Uploog only for lawful purposes. You must not use our service to transfer, upload, or distribute:
  • Material that infringes on copyright or intellectual property rights.
  • Malicious software, viruses, or any code destructive in nature.
  • Illegal, abusive, or explicitly harmful content.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. API Usage and Quotas

Uploog provides file transfer capabilities limited by your monthly subscription data quota. Excessive use that intentionally harms our infrastructure or violates fair use policies may result in temporary limits or bans.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Uploog is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use the service at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Uploog be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (including loss of data), whether incurred directly or indirectly. By using our tool to transfer files to your third-party cloud drives, you accept total responsibility for complying with the respective Terms of Service of Google, Microsoft, and Dropbox.
